To Hire the Building

Hall and Meeting Room available to hire.

There is a large car park either side of the building which will accommodate approximately 60 cars.

		The Hall with a stage.  Size 60 feet by 40 feet (18m by 12m). Large enough for a badminton court, seating up to 160 people with a platform/stage at the far end. Chairs, and several large and small tables are available.
	Meeting Room This is 15 feet by 22 feet (4.5m by 6.7m) Suitable for small meetings (less than 20 seated people)

Hire Charges - 2023

Hall    The cost of hire for a six hour Friday or Saturday evening function (hall, kitchen and bar from 6:00pm to 11:59pm) is £240. Additional time may be added to the booking at £35 per hour. The total hire charge must be paid 30 days before the event.
A deposit of £50.00 is required when confirming the booking. This also acts as a damage deposit and will be refunded after the event if no damage has occurred.

The hourly hire charge for Saturday morning and afternoon is £33. Please contact the booking secretary on 07816 861774 or email [email protected] for availability and any additional information or help in planning your booking.

Meeting Room  

Cost per hour during Saturday is £16.50. If hired together with the main hall for private functions, the meeting room charge will be reduced by 50%. Additional discounts may also be applied to any booking longer than eight hours.

 Charges are reviewed annually in June; please contact booking secretary with details of your function for an up to date quotation.

	The hall kitchen has a water boiler for teas and coffees, stove, fridge, microwave, cups, saucers and plates. Hirers are expected to provide their own cutlery.
There is a disabled toilet.		No steps into any of the rooms
	The meeting room has an attached kitchenette. It has a kettle, table top oven, cups, saucers and plates.
